The board of F-Secure has proposed that the Extra General Meeting (EGM) on October 28, 2008 approves a distribution of € 0,23 from the invested unrestricted equity fund. Scheduled record date is October 31, 2008. Provided that the EGM approves the proposal, NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in F-Secure.
