Workscape Names Diane Albano as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Technology Sales Veteran Chosen for Proven Sales Growth Experience

MARLBOROUGH, MA--(Marketwire - October 9, 2008) - Workscape, Inc., a leading provider of

it has appointed Diane Albano as its Senior Vice President of Worldwide
Sales. Albano will be responsible for driving the growth of Workscape's
comprehensive offerings, including its Outsourced Benefits Administration
and Talent Management solutions.

A 31-year veteran of technology sales, Albano joins Workscape from Fast, a
subsidiary of Microsoft, where she was executive vice president of
worldwide sales. Under her direction, Fast grew 41% in revenue in 2008. She
previously served as vice president of the Americas at Progress Software, a
provider of leading application infrastructure software, and vice president
of global account sales for Thomson NETG, a supplier of enterprise learning
solutions. Albano also has held senior-level sales and marketing positions
at Aspen Technology, Genuity, Digital Equipment Corporation, Xerox
Corporation, Honeywell Corporation and Burroughs Corporation.
Albano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of
Massachusetts. She also attended the Executive Management program at
Harvard Business School, earning a diploma for PMD61.
