DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - October 15, 2008) - On behalf of its client, Haworth, Inc., Binswanger is pleased to announce the sale of a 631,304 sq. ft. fully air-conditioned manufacturing building on approximately 104 acres to Nice-Pak Products. The property is located at 1 Haworth Drive in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Sale price was not disclosed.
