Myers office who focuses on Commercial Litigation. His Litigation Practice includes Real Estate Law, Employment Law, Collections and Foreclosures, and issues unique to Community Associations. He also leads the Firm's Collections and Foreclosures Practice state-wide. The Creighton University School of Law graduate was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000. -- David Muller - A member of the Firm's Community Association and Litigation Practice Groups, Mr. Muller serves as the Co-Executive Director of Becker & Poliakoff's Community Association Leadership Lobby (CALL). He leads the Sarasota office Litigation Department and the Collection and Foreclosure Departments for the Sarasota and Tampa Bay offices. -- Mark Friedman - Mr. Friedman is a member of the Firm's Community Association Law Group providing representation of condominium, homeowner, and cooperative associations from the West Palm Beach office. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Friedman had a successful career in international business which included five years as a teacher and seminar leader in Japan.
