Flensburg, 22 October 2008 Beate Uhse AG is selling its 25.12% stake in
FunFactory GmbH to the company itself with effect from 1 October 2008.
By selling its stake, the Beate Uhse Group has continued with the
consistent streamlining of its portfolio within the framework of its
strategic realignment, a programme which also involves developing
top-quality, high-margin private labels marketed via proprietary
distribution channels. One example is the successful launch of the sex toy
line under the Mae B. brand at the beginning of 2008.
