EDB Gruppen A/S will be deleted from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen with effect from 3
November 2008.
Thus, the last day of trading is 31 October 2008.
For further information, please see announcements published by EDB Gruppen, e.g.
announcement of 29 October 2008. Hence it follows that Cidron IT A/S and the
Board of Directors in EDB Gruppen A/S in continuation of the mandatory tender
offer has decided to initiate compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in
EDB Gruppen A/S from 3 November 2008.
