American Reprographics Company Acquires Texas-Based Reprographics Fort Worth, Inc.

Bolsters Market Presence in Central Texas


WALNUT CREEK, CA--(Marketwire - October 31, 2008) - American Reprographics Company (NYSE: ARP), the nation's leading provider of reprographics services and technology, today announced the acquisition of Reprographics Fort Worth, Inc., a provider of document management, document reproduction, and related services to the architectural, engineering and construction industry in Central Texas.

Reprographics Ft. Worth employs 61 people and operates four centralized service facilities in Ft. Worth, Dallas, Arlington, and Roanoke, Texas. As with the majority of ARC operating divisions, the 22-year-old firm provides a range of both conventional and digital reprographic services including document management and fulfillment, black & white reproduction, and bid management services. It also operates a related business under the trade name "Color Solutions" to provide marketing collateral and other specialty color work to non-construction related businesses. The company reported sales of $7.3 million in 2007. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
