Feldkirchen, 3 November 2008 

With the exception of the Formula-1 projects our business activities
emerging partly significant above previous year. This change was leading to
a rebalanced business portfolio. We are adapting our process to the changed
cost structure of the business.

- At €5,272,000, revenues in the third quarter of 2008 are up 1.3% on the
corresponding prior-year figure of €5,206,000. Revenues for the period from
1 January to 30 September improve by €593,000 or 3.8%, from €15,448,000 in
2007 to €16,041,000 in 2008.

- The Group’s booked business amounts to €1.4 million as of 30 September
2008 (previous year: €1.6 million).

- EBITDA decrease from €976,000 in the third quarter of 2007 to €343,000 in
the third quarter of 2008. In the period from 1 January to 30 September
EBITDA decrease from €2,526,000 in 2007 to €1,418,000 in 2008.

- Consolidated net income after interest and taxes decline year-on-year by
€517,000, from €618,000 in the third quarter of 2007 to €101,000 in the
third quarter of 2008. For the period from 1 January to 30 September,
consolidated net income after interest and taxes decline from €1,529,000 in
2007 to €703.000 in 2008.

- Net cash from operating activities for the first nine months of 2008
amounts to €915,000 compared to €1,504,000 in the first nine months of
2007.

- The number of employees on the reporting date 30 September 2008 was 157
(previous year: 137 employees).

Starting with the 4th quarter 2008 the business development of the last
weeks has been confirmed. The crisis on the financial market as well as the
expected economic down turn did not yet influence our business activities.
