Pursuant to section 28a of the Danish Public Companies Act and section 29 of the
Danish Securities Trading Act, notice is hereby given that Capinordic Bank A/S
has informed the company that it has acquired shares in the company to the
effect that the bank's portfolio of shares in Alm. Brand Pantebreve A/S equals
an ownership interest of 23.12% and 23.12 of the votes in the company. Following
the acquisition, Capinordic Bank A/S holds 335,308 B shares in Alm. Brand
Pantebreve A/S.
