PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwire - November 10, 2008) - On behalf of the lessor, Delco Development LLC, Binswanger is pleased to announce the signing of two long-term leases totaling over 5,500 sq. ft. at the premier Parkway Plaza at the Willingboro Town Center, a high-end, mixed-use office and retail development. The 88,500 sq. ft., Class A office building is located in Willingboro, New Jersey.
Health Management Services Organization, a division of Lourdes Health Systems, will occupy 3,015 sq. ft. for a family medical practice opening in December. Rancocas OB/GYN recently has leased and occupied 2,500 sq. ft. These two new tenants join the State of New Jersey, which occupies 25,000 sq. ft. of office space on the building's ground floor.
One of the region's most successful development companies, Delco Development will occupy 10,000 sq. ft. for its corporate headquarters. An additional 10,000 sq. ft. will be leased as executive and virtual office suites.
Approximately 35,000 sq. ft. remain available for lease at the Parkway Plaza office building in addition to the executive suites and 150 sq. ft. to 450 sq. ft. of virtual office suites. Contiguous office space ranging from 2,000 sq. ft. to 11,000 sq. ft. is currently available in the Willingboro Town Center.
