Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Oyster Asset Management, Luxembourg, Luxembourg has notified us pursuant of
sections 21 and 22 WpHG of the following:

On 7th November 2008 Oyster Asset Management S.A., Luxemburg, Luxemburg
acting in the capacity as discretionary investment manager, has fallen
under the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights of Kontron AG,
Oskar-von-Miller-Str. 1, 85386 Eching, Germany, and now holds 2,90 %
(1.474.200 voting rights).

These voting rights are attributed to Oyster Asset Management S.A. in
accordance with Sec. 22 para 1 Sent. 1 Nr 6 WpHG and are held by the
subfund Oyster European Opportunities and other funds.
