Landic Property Bonds IX Company Announcement - Receipt of waiver
On 16 October 2008 Landic Property Bonds IX AB announced its receipt of a
notification from Barclays Capital Mortgage Servicing Limited stating that the
company is not in compliance with a certain undertaking under the Facility
Agreement as further described in the announcement.
The company has tonight received confirmation from Barclays Capital Mortgage
Servicing Limited that the non compliance has been waived.
