Information on the resignation of the Management board member

Kestutis Jonaitis, the lawyer of the Lawyer N. Katiliaus office, 14 November,
2008, presented the request to the JSC ”Kauno energija” ”On the resignation
from the members of Management board”. Kestutis Jonaitis resigns from the
members of the Management board from 1st of December, 2008.
