Red Hawk Casino Names Richard G. Corbin Vice President of Human Resources
PLACERVILLE, CA--(Marketwire - November 20, 2008) - Red Hawk Casino announced today that
Richard Corbin has been named Vice President of Human Resources. Mr.
Corbin has more than 21 years of experience in human resources management.
Prior to joining Red Hawk Casino, Mr. Corbin served as assistant human
resources director for the County of Sonoma in Santa Rosa, Calif. Mr.
Corbin was responsible for the oversight of training, recruitment and
management of several other human resources functions for the county's more
than 4,000 employees.

Prior to joining the County of Sonoma, Mr. Corbin held several positions
with the State of Ohio. He served as the human resources and enforcement
administrator for the Ohio Department of Agriculture; labor relations
administrator for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services; and labor
relations specialist and supervisor for the Ohio Department of
Administrative Services, Office of Collective Bargaining. Previously, he
served for 26 years with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, where he held
positions including human resources commander, trooper, sergeant,
lieutenant, staff lieutenant, captain and major.
Mr. Corbin holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Human Resources and a
Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Ohio State University in Columbus,
Ohio.
