WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in SoftM Software und Beratung
AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007249104, WKN: 724910 has exceeded the
threshold of 50 % on November 18 2008 and amounts to 50.15 % of voting
rights (3,250,000 voting rights) as per this date.

These 50.15 % of voting rights (3,250,000 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Comarch S.A. via Comarch Software AG pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 1.

Comarch Software AG, Dresden, Germany, has notified us pursuant to section
21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in SoftM Software und
Beratung AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007249104, WKN: 724910 has exceeded
the threshold of 50 % on November 18 2008 and amounts to 50.15 % of voting
rights (3,250,000 voting rights) as per this date.

Don Bosco Stiftung, Munich, Germany, has notified us pursuant to section 21
(1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in SoftM Software und
Beratung AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007249104, WKN: 724910 fell below
the threshold of 5 % on November 18 2008 and amounts to 3.86 % of voting
rights (250,000 voting rights) as per this date.

Monika Merten, Germany, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG
that its percentage of voting rights in SoftM Software und Beratung AG,
Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007249104, WKN: 724910 fell below the threshold
