Core-Mark Announces CEO Purchase Shares on Open Market

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - November 24, 2008) - Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc.
(NASDAQ : CORE ), announced today that its CEO, Michael Walsh, purchased
10,000 shares of Core-Mark stock on the open market on Friday, November 21,
2008. "This investment reflects my confidence in the prospects of the
