Equities: Adjustment of OMX Stockholm Benchmark index due to the Rights Issue in Getinge AB (269/08)

Due to the Rights Issue in Getinge AB ser. B (1:9) rate SEK 83,50 per share, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm will act and adjust Getinge AB ser. B in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices”, rule 5.3.

On the Ex date November 26, 2008 the number of shares for Getinge AB ser. B (SE0000202624) in OMX Stockholm Benchmark Index will be increased to 200 144 994 shares.
