meaning "to think," today announced two promotions and three new hires.

Promotions
Erik Martin has been promoted from art director to senior art director. As
such, he will be responsible for concept development, implementation and
management of art on his assigned accounts. Mr. Martin has been employed at
Noesis for three years.
Jessica Kraske, an employee with the CommonHealth network for two years,
has been elevated to account executive from her prior position as an
assistant account executive. In her new role, Ms. Kraske will manage the
daily activities of her allocated accounts, ensure the successful
implementation of the brands' marketing initiatives and maintain client
relations.
New Hires
Michael Ferrari comes to Noesis as an account executive assigned to
multiple brands. Mr. Ferrari will manage the day-to-day needs of his
account projects from inception to completion. Previously, he worked as an
account executive at Millennium Communications Group, a healthcare
marketing company headquartered in Parsippany.
Joining Noesis as an art director, Junsuk Yang is charged with designing
and executing concepts for his designated brands. Most recently, Mr. Yang
was employed as a junior art director at Sudler & Hennessey, a
healthcare-communications agency located in New York City.
Nina Giannone enters Noesis as an account coordinator. She will be
responsible for moving jobs through the agency, ensuring projects are
completed on time and within budget. Prior to joining Noesis, Ms. Giannone
was a financial case manager at EthiCare Advisors, Inc., a medical claims
settlement company, located in Netcong.
