Enwisen and Nissan North America to Present at Upcoming IQPC HR Shared Services Summit

Event Names Enwisen Senior Vice President as Conference Chair

NOVATO, CA--(Marketwire - December 2, 2008) - Enwisen, the leader in next-generation SaaS-based workforce communications solutions that enable HR transformation and the effective delivery of HR services, today announced that it will co-present two sessions at the HRSS HR Shared Services Summit being held in Atlanta, Ga. from December 8-10, 2008. Enwisen's senior vice president, Marketing and Customer Community, Barbara Levin, has also been named as the conference chairperson for the event.

Enwisen and Nissan will present a pre-conference workshop on Monday, December 8, 2008 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The workshop, "Next-Generation Technology Model to Maximize the Effectiveness, Efficiency and ROI of Your HR Shared Services Organization," will help participants develop an understanding of HR Shared Services/Call Center technology and how these solutions help provide improved service. Workshop leaders include Barry Maxon, executive vice president, Customer Solutions, Enwisen; Barbara Levin, senior vice president, Marketing and Customer Community, Enwisen; and Dwain Stevens, senior manager of HR Services, Nissan North America.

Levin and Stevens will also present a case study "Leveraging Next-Generation HR Shared Services/Call Center Technology to Create a World Class HR Shared Services Organization at Nissan North America" on the opening day of the Conference. Being held on Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at 3:30 p.m., this session examines the business case for how an effective HR Shared Services Center supports HR Transformation. Also examined will be how a multi-tier Shared Services model -- including integration between employee self-service, an employee portal, case management and a personalized knowledgebase -- allows employees to get their own answers as Tier "zero" response, while also promoting the ability for the Service Center to handle higher call volume with fewer reps.

Levin has also been named the conference chairperson of the HR Shared Services Summit. She commented, "The Shared Services model has earned its place as a best practice in establishing an effective HR organization. In today's turbulent economic climate -- perhaps more than ever before -- organizations are challenged to lower the cost of delivering HR services without sacrificing quality. Our clients have reported significant savings in their annual cost per employee for HR service delivery and we see the trend toward this model continuing at full speed. We look forward to an important dialogue at the conference as industry experts and those with Shared Services projects discuss challenges, solutions and results."
