U.S. Energy Corp. Announces Completion of Its Remington Village Project


RIVERTON, Wyo., Dec. 9, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- U.S. Energy Corp. (Nasdaq:USEG) ("USE" or the "Company"), a natural resources exploration and development company with interests in molybdenum, oil and gas, and real estate, today announced the completion of its Remington Village housing complex in Gillette, Wyoming, which is currently 85% occupied. The complex consists of nine 24-plexes, and it is currently generating approximately $205,000 in monthly revenues.

"With the project now completed and ongoing strong demand for housing in the area, we expect to be at the 90% plus occupancy level by the end of the month," stated Keith Larsen, CEO of U.S. Energy Corp.
