With reference to announcement no. 16/2008 Brødrene Hartmann A/S
carried out a by-election on 16 December 2008 to elect a new board
member and a new alternate after Michael Schrøder Nielsen who
withdrew from the Board of Directors of Hartmann as of 1 October
2008.
New employee elected board member is team leader substitute Jan
Antonisen (43), who has been employed at Hartmann's factory in Tønder
since 1993.
New employee elected alternate for Jan Antonisen is internal post
assistant Tage Thomsen (52), who has been employed at Hartmann's
factory since 1981.
