informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on emQtec AG, Friedberg-Derching, Germany, ISIN:
DE000AOJL529, WKN: AOJL52, have exceeded the 10 % limit of the Voting
Rights on December 16, 2008 and now amount to 10,08 % (this corresponds to
403.000 Voting Rights).
