Mochi Media and FreeSpin3D Announce $20,000 'The World of 3D' Flash Games Contest

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - January 20, 2009) - Mochi Media and FreeSpin3D today announced "The World of 3D" Flash Games Contest, a $20,000 Flash game development contest sponsored by FreeSpin3D. The contest will test developers' skills creating games on the FreeSpin3D platform, which enables real-time rendering of 3D content in Adobe Flash. FreeSpin3D technology is based on its propriety OneLayer 3D core technology that allows real-time rendering of 3D content on two-dimensional environments, such as Web browsers and power limited low-end devices such as mobile phones.

Trial licenses for FreeSpin3D will be provided throughout the competition to all Flash game developers participating in the contest. The games will be judged by a panel composed of Mochi Media and FreeSpin3D employees, as well as online game developers and past Mochi Media contest winners. Seven prizes will be awarded, with all finalists receiving a full FreeSpin3D license:
