notifications state that the crossed threshold was 20 %, the reason for
crossing the threshold - dissolution of the existing group of persons acting in
concert.

Both notifications state that the crossed threshold was 30 %, the reason for
crossing the threshold - acquisition of shares by Baltic Pharma Limited from
Invalda AB.
