New members of supervisory board

The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of AS Ekspress Grupp of
December 12, 2009 elected the new members of Supervisory board - Ville Jehe and
Antti Mikael Partanen. 

Ville Jehe was born on 01.10.1969.

Ville Jehe has degree in computer and systems engineering from Tallin
University of Technologie

Ekspress Grupp. 



Antti Mikael Partanen was born on 13.05.1969.

Antti Mikael Partanen has University degree in Finance from Vaasa University in
Finland with scholarship year in the Lousiana State University.

private equity investments managed by Danske Capital Finland
2002-2003: Account executive for corporate banking at HSH Nordbank in
Helsinki
1999-2001: corporate banking credit analyst and structured finance at ABN
Amro in Helsinki and Stockholm
1997-1998: stock broker at Williams de Broe in Helsinki
