acquired
Sparks
Family Medicine, Ltd. as an addition to its primary care practice in
Las Vegas.
Canyon Gate Medical Group is an affiliate of
Outcome Based Delivery Systems (OBDS),
the owner of preeminent medical practices in Las Vegas and South Florida.
The primary care physician group delivers immediate and enhanced medical
services, known as concierge medical care, but does not charge a membership
fee in contrast to other practices. Canyon Gate matches each patient with
one primary doctor who is available to them 24 hours daily over the course
of their life; serves as medical liaison with specialists, during hospital
stays and emergency room visits; and offers same-day appointments with
minimal wait times.
Sparks Family Medicine, Ltd. was founded in 2002 by Dr. Amy Sparks. It is a
family-run medical office focusing on primary care, pediatrics and
geriatrics located in Summerlin (10155 W. Twain Avenue, Suite 110).

Dr. Sparks is board certified and completed medical school at the
University of Kansas School of Medicine. She has been honored on numerous

Vegas Life, 2007), Family Practice Top Doctor (Las Vegas Life, 2006 &
2004), and Top Doctor (Summerlin Magazine, 2005). She served on several
boards at Summerlin Hospital Medical Center and served as chief of staff
from 2005-2006.

location. Harding is board certified by the American Board of Family
Practice and completed medical school at Jefferson Medical College in
Philadelphia.
