"Vilniaus baldai" AB, result for activity during period of January - December 2008

Net profit of Vilniaus baldai AB during December 2008 was 13.05 million LTL
(3.78 million EUR), December of previous year net loss was 813 thousand LTL
(236 thousand EUR). EBITDA during December 2008 was 136 thousand LTL (39
thousand EUR). Year ago it was 0.82 million LTL (0.24 million EUR). 

   Net profit during period 2008 January - December - 7.33 million LTL (2.12
million EUR), same period year 2007 net profit was 1.8 million LTL (0.52
million EUR). 

   During period 2008 January - December was recognized loss of 4.20 million
LTL (1.22 million EUR) using eguity method for the shares Girių bizonas UAB and
14.51 million LTL (4.2 million EUR) profit from financial - investment
activities (December) from sale of shares. 

   EBITDA was 8.109 million LTL (2.349 milion EUR). Year ago it was 14.90
million LTL (4.32 million EUR). 

   Earlier announced net profit forecast of Vilniaus baldai AB was more than 
10 percent less than the actual one. The difference was caused by the
conservative evaluation of negotiations regarding suppliers' concessions; and
were  planned bigger accruals.
