IC Companys sells 49% of the company Designers Remix Collection A/S
IC Companys has today entered into an agreement to sell 49% of its
shares in the company Designers Remix Collection A/S to the daily
management of the company, Creative Director Charlotte Eskildsen and
her partner, Managing Director Niels Eskildsen.
As part of the IC Companys brand portfolio, Designers Remix
Collection is one of the few brands that was not only created, but
also built by the self-same person, as Charlotte Eskildsen has
personified the creative profile of the brand since the brand was
established in 2002.
Designers Remix Collection has seen a remarkably positive
development. In 2007/08, brand turnover came to DKK 62 million and
the company stands on the threshold of a significant expansion of its
international platform. Going forward, shared brand ownership is
consequently part of ensuring the long-term partnership.
The change in ownership does not carry any affect on the full year
revenue guidance to the current financial year.
