Vantage Drilling Company Announces Emerald Driller Mobilizes for Thailand


HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - February 3, 2009) - Vantage Drilling Company ("Vantage" or the, "Company") (AMEX: VTG-U) (AMEX: VTG) (AMEX: VTG-WS) is pleased to announce that its recently constructed jackup drilling rig Emerald Driller has commenced its contract and begun mobilization to its first drilling location in Thailand. Emerald Driller is the first of four Vantage jackup drilling rigs being constructed by PPL Shipyard Pte, Ltd.
