EpiCept Announces Resignation of Board Member 

TARRYTOWN, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regulatory News: 

EpiCept Corporation (Nasdaq and OMX Nordic Exchange: EPCT) announced that John
F. Bedard has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors, effective February
3, 2009, solely because of a family health reason. Mr. Bedard was a member of
EpiCept's Board since January 2006.
