COMPTEL CONCLUDES PERSONNEL NEGOTIATIONS

The personnel negotiations concerning Comptel Finland have been concluded. As a
result of these negotiations the company has decided to make 45 people
redundant on financial and production grounds. In the beginning of the
negotiations, the estimated number of reductions was 50 at the maximum.

Comptel Corporation's subsidiaries in Norway and United Kingdom have also taken
actions for downsizing the amount of personnel under the local legal
requirements and collective agreements, as earlier indicated. The annual cost
reduction need is EUR 2.3 million in Norway and EUR 0.9 million in the United
Kingdom.

With these measures the Group will reach annual cost savings of approximately
EUR 7 million. For 2009 the company estimates cost savings of approximately EUR
2 million after one-off items.

By reducing personnel costs Comptel aims to ensure the Group's long-term
profitability and competitiveness.
