CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF EGIDACO INVESTMENTS PLC

CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF EGIDACO INVESTMENTS PLC

Egidaco Investments PLC (“Tinkoff”), the parent company of  ‘Tinkoff. Credit
Systems' Bank (TCS Bank), announced today that, according to the resolutions of
its shareholders the following changes have been made to the Board of Directors:

1. Mr Ion Dimitris Dagtoglou de Carteret resigned as the representative of ELQ
Investments Limited and was appointed as the representative of Vostok Komi
(Cyprus) Limited (instead of Mr Filip Engelbert);
2. Mr Filip Engelbert resigned and was replaced by Mr Ion Dimitris Dagtoglou de
Carteret, as per above;
3. Mr Julian Salisbury was appointed as the representative of ELQ Investments
Limited. 

The other members of the Board of Directors remain in their capacities.
