BRIO AB announced in connection with the publication of its report for the fourth quarter 2008 that the company shortly will have a severe shortage of liquidity. The current rules of the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm state that a listed company shall be placed on the observation segment if there is a material adverse uncertainty in respect of the company’s financial position.
With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm has decided that shares in Brio AB (ISIN code SE0000102006 and orderbook ID 894) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Wednesday February 18th, 2009.
