NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has given a reprimand to TopoTaget A/S because the company
not as soon as possible, and at the latest when the data were presented at a
conference, published a company announcement on positive data for belinostat og
5-fluorouracil, in accordance with rule 3.1.1 and 3.1.3 in Rules for issuers of
shares.

In order to ensure more transparency about the decisions from the exchange, the
exchange decided, on 1 July 2008, to publish decisions made by the exchange
concerning a reprimand or a fine, with the identity of the issuer. This is
stated in Rules for issuers of shares on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, rule 5.
