Given Imaging Sets Dividend Distribution Date


YOQNEAM, ISRAEL--(Marketwire - March 3, 2009) - Given Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: GIVN) today announced that the distribution date of its previously announced special dividend will be March 11, 2009.

The company recently announced that its Board of Directors had approved a special cash dividend of approximately $0.54 per share, or $16 million in the aggregate, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 24, 2009.
