Adaptive Leadership(TM) Skills to Be Taught in Workshop by Cambridge Leadership Associates

June 7-9, New York City -- Register by March 31 and Save

CAMBRIDGE, MA--(Marketwire - March 13, 2009) - "Learning to Lead Adaptively," an intensive two-day workshop for executives and managers that helps participants apply the strategies and skills of Adaptive Leadership™ to their own individual and organizational leadership challenges, will be held June 7-9 in New York City.

Sponsor Cambridge Leadership Associates is a leadership-consulting firm known for its proven results with clients in the US and abroad.

"Learning to Lead Adaptively" focuses on the exercise of leadership, enabling participants to develop knowledge, strategies, and action steps for facing the difficult challenges inherent in changing organizations and communities.

"These are unprecedented times with significant challenges facing us individually and collectively. Rather than hunkering down and going about business as usual, adaptation and leadership are needed," said CLA co-founder Marty Linsky. "It's easy to be in front of the crowd when you know where you are going. It's very different when you assume things will never be the same again and the future is both unknown and unknowable."
