Munich, 18 March 2009.  Today, Markus Tellenbach was appointed to the
position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Premiere AG. Markus
Tellenbach follows Richard Roy, who took over the responsibilities of
Chairman on an interim basis after former Chairman Richard Großkopf
resigned from office for health reasons in February 2009. Richard Roy keeps
his position as deputy Chairman of the supervisory board.
The Supervisory Board comprises the new Chairman Markus Tellenbach, Richard
Roy, Dr. Stefan Jentzsch, Thomas Mockridge, and Dr. Hans Seiler. All
members of the supervisory board will be in office up to the next AGM.

Markus Tellenbach has been a supervisory board member of Premiere AG since
June 12, 2008. He is the CEO of Convers Media Services Ltd., Switzerland
and was, among other things, Chief Executive Officer of SBS Broadcasting
Group and, in the late 1990s, CEO of Premiere.
