Passau, March 19, 2009 - Following fiscal 2008 and in the course of ending
a bu-sinesss relationship, the board of InTiCa Systems AG was informed that
this former business partner still held qualified open accounts against
InTiCa Systems. These liabilities of about EUR 0.9m in total relate to
business transactions executed during the business years of 2006 and 2007.

Those charges have to be accounted for retrospectively in InTiCa System's
2008 annual financial statements, leading to the corresponding adverse
effect on the ex-pected earnings of the company.
