On 18 March 2009 the Council of AS GE Money Bank resolved to make changes in the Board: 1)Elect Renārs Bulgakovs as a member of the Board from 18 March 2009 to 17 March 2012 with the right to represent the company jointly with one more board member. 2)Release Leonīds Rudermans from the position of AS GE Money Bank member of the board as of 17 March 2009. The Chairman of the Board Dmitrijs Cimbers and Board Members Inga Vagele, Arkadiusz Wiktor Przybyl and Windy Oliver continue their work as board members. The new Board member does not own shares of the bank.
