IPAS „Invalda Asset Management Latvia” has finished liquidation of two open-end funds

Hereby we announce that on 20th of March 20, 2009 IPAS „Invalda Asset
Management Latvia” has finished liquidation of two open-end funds “Government
Bond fund” and “International equity fund of funds”. The proceeds of
liquidation will be distributed among the investors of the funds proportionally
to their amount of fund units. IPAS „Invalda Asset Management Latvia” will
continue to manage open-end fund “Baltic Index fund”, two close-end funds
“Finasta Fund Beta”, “Finasta Fund Gamma” and also two second pillar state
funded pension plans “Invalda conservative plan” and “Invalda universal plan”.
