U.S. RE Names Davey Vice President

PEARL RIVER, NY--(Marketwire - March 31, 2009) - Siobhan Davey, a reinsurance executive with 20 years' experience, has joined U.S. RE Corporation as Vice President in the brokerage division, Tal P. Piccione, Chairman and Chief Executive, announced.

Davey came to U.S. RE from NIP Group, Inc., Woodbridge, NJ, where she was responsible for the Program Division's growth strategy and managed new programs. Before joining NIP, she was Vice President-Client Development in the New York office of Benfield, Inc. Earlier, she spent nine years with Guy Carpenter/Willcox, Inc. in New York and London. At Guy Carpenter, she rose from Broker Trainee to Vice President.

"With her extensive experience in all aspects of reinsurance, Siobhan will be an important member of our brokerage team in tandem with our continuous, significant growth," Piccione said.

Davey holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies and History from Rutgers University and is fluent in Portuguese. She serves on the Board of Family and Children's Services of Union County, NJ.
