Announcement according to § 15 WpHG

The Executive Board of IMW Immobilien AG has resolved with the approval of
the Supervisory Board to increase the Company's registered shares by the
authorised capital. In total 1,266,666 new ordinary no par value shares
will be offered  to the shareholders in the comparison 12:1 at a purchase
price of EUR 5,00 per share.  By this transaction the Company's registered
share capital will be increased from actual EUR 15,200,000.00, divided into
15,200,000 shares, by EUR 1,266,666.00 to EUR 16,466,666.00.

The offer period will be between 03.04.2009 and 17.04.2009. 

With the cash generated by the capital increase the company will improve
its equity structure and reduce liabilities. The Executive Board is
convinced to offer an attrac-tive investment opportunity to the
shareholders because he pays attention to the current share price which is
comparable stable at the stock exchange.

At the time being some of the shareholders want to sign all the
subscription rights which will not be executed by other shareholders in a
private placement.
