On March 5, 2009, the Listing and Surveillance Committee of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn decided to satisfy the application of AS Starman from January 22, 2009, and delist its shares from the Main List of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn starting from the next day after the Estonian CSD has transferred minority shares to the majority shareholder - Baltic Moontech Investments Holding AS. Today, on March 31, 2009, the Estonian CSD transferred minority shares to the majority shareholder and as a result Baltic Moontech Investments Holding AS became the only shareholder owning 100% of the Starman shares.
