Peter Enå Leaves Morphic

One of the founders, Peter Enå, Chairman of the Board of Directors and the
largest shareholder in terms of voting rights, has requested to leave Morphic's
Board of Directors with effect from today and is leaving all other assignments
for the company.

Morphic´s board of directors has appointed Peter Ekenger as its new Chairman.
