Totalkredit A/S - changes in capital

Totalkredit A/S's subordinate loan capital totals DKK 3,600m, which was
subscribed for in its entirety by the parent company, Nykredit Realkredit A/S. 

The Board of Directors of Totalkredit A/S has authorised the Executive Board to
reduce the subordinate loan capital by redeeming a total of DKK 1,000m at par
at 30 April 2009. 

The necessary permits in this respect from the Danish Financial Supervisory
Authority and Nykredit Realkredit A/S have been granted.
