Paglo Delivers Patch Management Application and Enables Managed Service Providers to Rebrand Its IT Management SaaS Platform

All Businesses Now Benefit From Patch Management Being Included at No Cost and IT Consultants and MSPs Can Custom Brand the Platform

MENLO PARK, CA--(Marketwire - April 27, 2009) - Paglo (www.Paglo.com), the leading on-demand IT management company, announced today a new Patch Management application and that its platform is now 100 percent rebrandable. The new Patch Management application allows all IT professionals to monitor the status of patches and ensure that machines are in compliance with pre-defined operational and compliance goals. Managed service providers (MSPs) can also completely rebrand the Paglo interface and reports that they generate to customize their clients' experience.

Paglo Patch Management continuously monitors all Windows devices to ensure they are up-to-date. It integrates directly with Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) to enable IT administrators to specify policy and deploy the latest Microsoft product updates to computers running the Windows operating system. And because all of the historical patch data is stored in the customer's Paglo account, it is easy to search, report on, and visualize through custom dashboards and reports. By using Paglo and WSUS, businesses and IT consultants can fully manage the distribution of updates that are released through Microsoft Update to computers in the networks that they control.

The new Patch Management application is included at no additional cost with the Paglo service. There is no hardware required or complex software to set up. Paglo continually monitors the status of all of the devices and patches and securely sends the collected data to an index for analysis. Each business has its own secure Paglo Index that keeps the information completely separate and private from every other user.

Paglo is also now custom brandable. The platform was built with MSPs, VARs, and online service providers in mind. By creating sub-accounts for clients and rebranding the interface, MSPs provide a custom experience for their clients. MSPs who deliver services on an ongoing basis can instantly upload their logos and their clients' logos which are then presented in the user interface and on every report that is generated. The benefit is that MSPs can deliver a more personalized and professional service with zero additional effort.

"We recently used Kaseya to manage our customers' IT environments, but replaced it with Paglo," said Raj Saxena, IP Island Consulting CEO. "Making the change was a no-brainer as Paglo provides what we need to manage our clients' computers, servers, and networks in one on-demand platform. It took us about 10 minutes to get started and we will never need to deploy costly servers at our clients' offices or manage our own again. Now with custom branding and patch management, it would be crazy for MSPs to use some other service."

The custom branding functionality is available now and costs only $25 per account per month. Existing customers can take advantage of it immediately by upgrading their account online and uploading their logo.

"Paglo is the one IT management platform that companies need to keep the computers, servers, and networks running smoothly," said Brian de Haaff, Paglo CEO. "It automates the collection of all of the IT data and turns that information into operational and business insights, so IT managers can visualize what's happening and avoid unnecessary costs and downtime. And the new Patch Management application and custom branding capabilities makes the platform even more valuable for managed service providers."
