Leslee Olson Joins California Bank of Commerce

LAFAYETTE, CA--(Marketwire - April 28, 2009) - California Bank of Commerce (OTCBB : CABC ), a
unique commercial bank in the San Francisco Bay Area targeting closely held
businesses and professionals, today announced that veteran East Bay
commercial and private banker Leslee Olson has joined the Bank as Senior
Vice President, Relationship Manager.

Prior to joining California Bank of Commerce, Ms. Olson was Vice President
of the Private Client group for U.S. Bank in Walnut Creek where she
provided relationship banking to high net worth individuals and their
related companies. Prior to U.S. Bank, Ms. Olson was a Vice President of
Private Banking for Union Bank of California in San Francisco from 1990 to
1997. From 1977 to 1990, Ms. Olson served in both the commercial and
private banking arenas at Wells Fargo Bank.
