Attached is a statement, dated 11th May 2009, from the Special Servicer
CorpNordic Denmark A/S, regarding the annual report for 2007/2008. 

The statement is published in accordance with the Special Servicer Agreement,
which is described in the prospectus. 

CorpNordic Denamrk A/S considers the annual report for 2007/2008 to deviate
significantly in a negative direction from the budget referred to in the
prospectus.
