YEAR-END REPORT 1 APRIL 2008 - 31 MARCH 2009 (12 MONTHS)

*       Revenue increased 6 percent, to MSEK 4,445 (4,198).
*       Operating profit fell back 9 percent, to MSEK 376 (415).
*       During the fourth quarter, revenue totalled MSEK 1,057
  (1,155), and operating profit
            MSEK 75 (126).
*       Profit after financial items decreased to MSEK 366 (398), and
  profit after taxes amounted to
            MSEK 271 (287).
*       Earnings per share decreased 5 percent, to SEK 12.05 (12.70).
*       Cash flow from operations totalled MSEK 307 (324). For the
  most recent 12-month period, cash
            flow per share was SEK 13.90 (14.45).
*       The return on equity was 36 percent, and the equity ratio was
  39 percent.
*       The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 5.00 per
  share (7.00).

The interim report for the period 1 April - 30 June 2009 will be
published on 16 July 2009.

The Group's annual report 2008/2009 is printed in a limited edition
for shareholders who have ordered a copy and will be mailed during
the month of July 2009. The annual report will be available on
Addtech's website, www.addtech.com, and printed copies can be
ordered.
