On approval of the prospectus of the issue of LTL 20 million shares of APB Apranga

On 14 May 2009 the Securities Commission approved the prospectus of the issue
of LTL 20 million shares of APB Apranga. The prospectus will be ready for
acquaintance in company's headquarters on Kiritmu 51, Vilnius, in the premises
of operations of AB Bank Finasta on Maironio 11, Vilnius, Vytauto ave. 3,
Kaunas, S. Simkaus 8, Klaipeda, as well as on web pages of Apranga Group,
Central Storage Facility, and AB Bank Finasta www.apranga.lt, www.crib.lt,
www.finasta.lt starting 18 May 2009.
